The Mode Athletics Difference

Them

There is no shortage of personal trainers in Vancouver, however most of them design workout programs around the basis that workout sessions should be long in duration and moderate in intensity, and those trainers will encourage you to pay for several of those training sessions each week. Monetary cost aside, if you stay consistent on an exercise program like that, you are likely to see results, but there is a better way.

Us

The Mode Athletics exercise philosophy is based around the high-intensity training (HIT) principals of health and fitness pioneer, Arthur Jones. Central to HIT is the belief that workout routines can become much shorter than traditional exercise programs, and be more effective, provided that the intensity is increased significantly. In other words, you spend less time in the gym, exercise more intensely when you are in the gym, and see substantially increased results.

Whether your goal is to reduce body fat, improve muscle tone, increase lean muscle mass, enhance flexibility, or some combination of those goals, we believe that HIT should form the foundation of your exercise program.
